One of the key challenges was to effectively demonstrate how a SaaS solution can generate revenue by reducing annual costs through water optimization. This involved illustrating the value proposition of the software, which focuses on minimizing water usage and associated expenses for businesses. The challenge lay in showcasing how the SaaS platform employs data-driven strategies to identify areas where water consumption can be optimized, leading to substantial cost savings.
Challenge 2
Understanding the customer user flow and the technology behind it is essential for creating an effective and seamless experience. The customer user flow refers to the journey a user takes from the moment they interact with a product or service to the point of achieving their desired outcome. This flow encompasses every touchpoint, from initial engagement to the final transaction or goal completion.
Challenge 3
Visualizing selling points and user benefits. The philosophy behind SAAS solution needed to be vividly presented but also self explanatory in an easy way. A message to the clients had to be clear but not complexed, the same way Ship Planner technology was built.

My responsibilities encompassed wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user tests to gather feedback and refine the design. I worked closely with the development team to ensure the design was seamlessly integrated, enhancing the user experience with intuitive navigation and interactive elements.
